Catherine Simmons, CIH, FAIHA
Catherine has over 35 years of delivering pragmatic occupational health and safety solutions. She is a Board Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) in both comprehensive industrial hygiene and indoor environmental quality practice. In 2013, Ms. Simmons received the American Industrial Hygiene Association Fellow award recognizing her contributions to the profession of Industrial Hygiene. Her experience includes working for local and state government agencies, private industry and consulting. She is a published author on mathematical and time/activity modeling of industrial hygiene exposures, asbestos and welding exposure assessments, exposure reconstruction, and is editor of the 2nd edition of the Mathematical Models for Estimating Occupational Exposure to Chemicals published by the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA).
Dr. James Poole, PhD, CIH
Dr. James (“Jamie”) Poole is a Board Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) with over 25 years of experience. Early in his career, he worked as health compliance officer at the North Carolina Division of Occupational Safety and Health. Jamie has extensive experience in comprehensive industrial hygiene involving respiratory protection, occupational and environmental risk assessments, exposure characterization and dose reconstruction, indoor environmental quality, chemical and physical agent exposure assessments, litigation support and expert testimony, regulatory compliance, and occupational safety and health training. His professional experience spans a wide variety of industries across both private and public sectors.
Justin Agans
Justin serves as the CEO for OEH Solutions. He has a masters in business administration (MBA) with a focus on marketing strategy and entrepreneurship. Justin also has a law degree.
Eric Spengler
Eric serves as the COO for OEH Solutions. He has a masters in public administration (MPA) from the Indiana University School of Public and Environmental Affairs. Eric also has a law degree.
